Finally a Daniel Fast book that I can really connect with. I've read other books on fasting, prayer and specifically several on the Daniel Fast over the years. Fast like Daniel is a one stop shop for the Daniel Fast or any fast for that matter.Each day in the daily devotional is practical and unlawful. Simple digestible chunks that I can apply to my life. I'm already feeling more connected with God in prayer as the HSPE prayer concept alone has been a game changer for me.
